Happy Tuesday everyone. Now, if you think that America has made great strides in civil rights over the past 50 years, you can’t be wrong. Just a few years after our first black president and our first orange president, things are worse than ever, and CNN’s got the memes to prove it. correct. memes. You know, those photos or videos, usually with the funny caption that your Uncle Lou sends the whole family on Facebook after he convinces himself he’s the only one who’s seen them. They are as diverse as they are boring. Michael Jordan crying meme, distracted friend meme. Even Joe Biden falling off his bike became a meme. And of course, who could forget this meme?
What’s this new secret?
Yes. And of course this.
Yes, but it seems like memes are now just as much a tool of white supremacy as anything else these days. This is according to CNN, the sharing of whites with blacks in it is racist. Because if there’s one thing racists love, it’s looking down on black people. CNN calls it a digital blackface. Sad thing. Where there is no racism, CNN just has to invent it. They are so desperate to fit in that they will push the vision any way they can. CNN dot com writer John Blake writes that digital blackface is “the place where white people choose online expressions of black imagery, slang or culture to express comic relief or express emotion and perpetuate one of contemporary’s most insidious forms of racism”. He adds, “Simply put: digital blackface is the era of the 21st century. Minstrelsy. That’s the way it’s spelled, to which I can only respond with this.”
correct. You have just committed a digital blackface. I suspect it’s worse than the traditional liberal version of blackface.
Mine is much easier on the pores. Now, if you happen to love Fred Sanford as much as you did, you love him, that’s a racist reaction because he’s black. And what if I used Eddie Murphy to give an A-OK? This will make Joy Red’s head explode. No thanks necessary. If that happens, there is no mess to clean up. So you meme’d Murphy? This means, according to John Blake, that you were inspired by the culture. What a pathetic fool. It is as if he believes that he had a role in that culture and, therefore, must protect it. Oh, white knight. Sorry black knight.
Indeed, all those accused of cultural appropriation foolishly believe they can be custodians of a history in which they had no part. They didn’t make Sanford & Son. They had nothing to do with Beverly Hills. Now, imagine if we all embraced their beliefs that all cultures should be segregated, and that the only people eligible for antibiotics would be White British malesBecause it is their culture, after all. literally. But look, we don’t care. Idris Elba plays a Norse deity. Do you have it. This is what actors do. Hell, you can remake Crazy Rich Asians with Native Americans and I can give it a f***.
I can already see who’s playing the mother.
Growing up in the late ’90s, I knew America was a melting pot of all different kinds of people. Now that pot is cold and the only melting we see is Nancy Pelosi’s face. Now we are seeing calls for the restoration of cultural and ethnic segregation. we’ve got Replace patriotism with identity politics. Instead of uniting under one idea, we divide into tribes. This is what the media wants. The races fight each other instead. And make no mistake, this new separatism is racist. It is just repackaged. Like when CNN brought Don Lemon to the morning show. Racial separatists love to say things like, “My culture is not your uniform,” as if culture is something to be hoarded rather than shared. But there are weird enough exceptions, like when Dylan Mulvaney, a man or was once a man, teams up on a full sex act, mocks girl stereotypes and still gets to meet our sheikh.
Poor Joe Biden. Maybe he thought Audrey Hepburn needed a shave. But again, I don’t care. We are not divided. This is bigotry. Especially since the same people who say you shouldn’t enjoy other cultures are the same people who complain that if you leave out minorities, you erase them. Excuse me, this is America and you’re free to partake in our rich, Diverse culture in its entirety. This is the main point of this place. You can use any meme you like. You can sing any song you want unless it’s Maroon Five, then the death penalty is the only option.
